HodderConsulting was founded after my retirement in 2009. I have practical experience of a wide range of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) techniques having dealt with employment disputes at both national and local level and conciliated in a great many employment tribunal applications.
But prevention is better than cure and I have helped organizations, both large and small, introduce sound employment policies and practices that meet their needs and satisfy the requirements of current employment legislation.
